Centre for Productivity Board of Trustees
Centre For Productivity Development began in February 2007 at 1 Bank Road, Ikoyi. It was a culmination of a vision to encourage Nigerians to be more productive in all their endeavours. A total of 19 Nigerian professionals participated in the first training session. Since then we have been privileged to train Business Owners, Engineers, Accountants, Teachers, Human Resources practitioners, Marketers, Customers Service Managers etc.

Many of these participants, their direct reports as well as their supervisors have attested to the success of our training programs.

Our preferred mode of training is through the Case Study method with all participants fully involved. Our approach favors the use of biblical principles and practical sessions. All our participants are offered a free consultancy session for a period of one month from the day they attend any of our training sessions.

We also conduct two day courses on a weekly basis at the Centre For Productivity on a weekly basis for different target groups such as Aspiring Employees and Business Owners, Young Graduates, Teenagers, Managers, Self Employed, Small Business Owners as well as core professionals such as Architects, Engineers, Estate Agents, Human Resources Managers, Marketers, IT Professionals and creative designers.

As a measure of our flexibility we also conduct one-on-one training sessions for individuals who are too busy to attend our regular programs. We design tailor made courses for such participants.

On 24 October, 2008 we held the Productivity Summit at the MUSON CENTRE. Professor Yemi Osibajo delivered the keynote address. Over about 300 people participated in the Summit which was well reported in the Nigerian media.
