Wale Adeduro is an ordained preacher and teacher of the word of God with a passion for youths and productivity. He has planted and pastured several churches in the Akoka, Oshodi, Ikoyi, Victoria -Island, Ajah and Maryland areas of Lagos State.

He is a trained Marketer, Theatre and Media Practitioner as well as Management Consultant, who worked as Pioneer Head of Administration in Zenith Bank, Pioneer Marketing Manager in Muson Centre where he left as Ag. General Manager before joining ACB International Bank Plc as Group Head, Corporate Resources.

He is currently the CEO of LISIDA Consulting as well as Centre For Productivity Development. He hosts Productivity Matters on television as well as writes a column in Guardian on Saturday. He serves the Lord Jesus Christ with his wife and three children as a senior pastor with The Redeemed Christian Church of God in Lagos , Nigeria .
