WHAT ARE MY COMMITMENTS TO THIS ORGANISATION BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER A TRAINING PROGRAM?

a.      Your commitment before a training program includes believing in our ability to deliver on our promise, application and registration for a training program having paid the required subsidized fees.

b.      Your commitment during a training program includes punctuality, keeping an open mind, be teachable, participating in class discussions and activities, timely submission of assignments, discipline and compliance with any other rules that may be made.

c.       Your commitment after a training program will include joining our Alumni Association, recommending us to potential participants and referring same to us.

d.      Contributions to our newsletter as a writer, testifier, agent and reader.

e.      Attendance of our annual Productivity Summit.

f.        Donations to CFP for future development according to your capacity.

HOW CAN WE SUPPORT THIS ORGANISATION?

HOW MUCH IS TO BE PAID FOR A TRAINING PROGRAM?

1.      Our training fees are highly subsidized. Starting from N3, 500 per participant for the two day “PROJECT ASPIRE” program for Youths.

2.      A typical two day program attracts an average fee of N10, 500 per participant depending on the target audience and course content.

3.      A typical two week program attracts the sum of N25, 000 depending on the target audience and course content.

4.      Specialized programs for entrepreneurs may attract fees up to N55, 000 per participant.

5.      Generally, our payment terms are very flexible and convenient. Moreover, there are instances when we have assisted determined participants to get sponsors for their fees.

WHO CAN COME FOR THE TRAINING? DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT?

1.      CFP does not discriminate on educational grounds. In recent times we have conducted training programs in Hausa, Yoruba and Pigin English respectively. In 2008 we held vernacular sessions in Maiduguri , Akure and Warri respectively. Generally anybody who can read and write is qualified to attend our training programme.

2.      However, the educational qualification for participants of each training program will always be indicated.

3.      Our training methods is practical and emphasizes being able to communicate with each participant.

IS THE TRAINING AVAILABLE TO NON-NIGERIANS OR PEOPLE OUTSIDE LAGOS OR NIGERIA ?

1.      Yes. Our training programs are designed to take care of anybody who desires to boost his or her productivity.

2.      We have conducted training sessions outside Lagos in places such as Warri, Maiduguri , Akure etc.

3.      There are plans to run training courses in Ghana in 2009.
