Has a B.sc in Political Science and an MBA in Advertising and Public Relations. He is a trained Theatre Arts Practitioner and a freelance Journalist and Columnist with The Guardian Newspapers. He set up the Administration and Communications Departments of Zenith Bank Plc as well as the Corporate Services Group of ACB International Bank Plc (Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Communications Departments). He is the pioneer Marketing Manager of MUSON CENTRE before he rose to the position of Ag. General Manager before he left in 2001. He is a director of several companies and an alumnus of Pan African University/Lagos Business School.

SEYI OSHO, Associate Consulting Partner, Entrepreneurship and Vision Management.
He has a first class degree in Computer Science and he is a Chartered Accountant who started his consulting practice with Arthur Andersen . His profile includes a decade long banking experience. In the last ten years he has been at the helm of affairs as Vice Chairman of the Nadina Group of Companies.

MARCUS AKINMBONI , Associate Partner, Media & Outlook.
Has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication and an LLB in Law. He was the Media Director of OBM Advertising until 2003. He is an advertising and marketing consultant to several companies.

KEN AJURUCHI , Associate Partner, Industrial and Banking Relations.
has a MASTERS Degree in Industrial Relations. He spent thirty years in banking during which he was London Branch Manager of African Continental Bank Plc (Now Spring Bank). He is a licensed trainer with Financial Institutions Training Centre, Lagos . He is currently the Managing Director of Moneywise Microfinance Bank.

ESTHER KUYORO , Head, Strategy & Logistics.
She has a B.sc in Geology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and an MBA specializing in International Business. She is a versatile marketing strategist and a creative thinker. She has over seven years experience in sales and marketing. She has worked with Xarose Limited, Discount Telecomms, Allied Vision & Systems and Accessport Nigeria Limited before joining Lisida Consulting. She is responsible for the strategic & logistics functions of LISIDA.

OLUFEMI TINUOYE , Head, Human Capital Development
He has a B.sc in Political Science and he is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers. He was Head of Human Resources at Cowrie Limited for many years. He has served as a member of several project teams on taxation and audit working with Federal Inland Revenue. He is a trained taxation auditor with 17 years experience in research and training.
